100% of your donations go to pay for spay/neuter services and food for the cats.  We are a IRS recognized non-profit with 501(c)3 status.  We are also registered with the State of Florida for contributions #CH32207.  We do not have any paid staff or fundraisers.  We are all volunteers and rely soley on donations.
